Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who we are
Kyros is a marketing and visual production studio based in London, trading as Kyros Studios and Kyros Visuals. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, business or organisation, which part of Kyros you are interested in, the service you need, an event date if you give one, and your message.
When you visit the site, we collect anonymous traffic statistics: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are in the world, what kind of device and browser they use, and which site referred them. This does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss and quote for the work you have asked about, and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and asked for a response, and if we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
We use traffic statistics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle enquiries. Each only processes data on our instructions.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the anonymous traffic statistics.
- Formspree receives the contact form and forwards it to our inbox.
- Google provides our email and the spreadsheet where we keep track of enquiries, and serves the fonts used on this site.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK–US data bridge or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as we need it for the work, and financial records for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Photography at events
When Kyros Visuals covers an event, we photograph and film on behalf of the organiser, who is responsible for telling attendees that photography is taking place. If you appear in an image on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
